A message for Stone Soup listeners!

Hello, Stone Soup listeners! As said at the end of last week's show, I can't join you tonight (or this morning or this afternoon, depending on your location!). Honored to sing in the Vermont Symphony Orchestra Chorus, I have a conflicting rehearsal for our Holiday Pops concerts this weekend. We will be led by the seemingly ageless chorus director Robert De Cormier, who will turn 89 next month, and by assistant conductor Dawn Willis.

Since I have yet to master being in two places at once, especially 50 miles apart, crank up your stove for another musical meal of Stone Soup - next Thursday, 12.16. Until then, I hope you and yours are enjoying the holidays, if you celebrate them. Musical cheers!
